The Mindful Me journal is to be used by children aged 6-12. However, the journal may be used for children that are slightly younger or even older, depending on their reading and writing levels. To try the journal with children who are slightly younger, we suggest guiding them through the journal activities, so they gain a better understanding of what they need to be doing with your support.
Journal time can be a great way to connect with your children and understand them better. We highly recommend being part of the journey with them, whatever age they are.
